Anti-Detection – Keeping our users safe

Before we continue with today’s post, all the staff at Hacking Edge would like to wish everybody Happy Holidays. We hoped everybody enjoyed their Christmas yesterday. The New Year (2012) is right around the corner. We would like to thank everybody for their support. We will continue to grow for our users!

How do we keep our users safe? We get asked this question a lot through Twitter, Facebook, and email support. They are really is asking is about our anti-detection system.

Anti-Detection – How does it works?

Like many subscription based hacks online, we use a similar Anti-Detection technique. This method is loading the hack program from game memory through injection. Normally the hack program is in the form of a .dll short for Dynamic Link Library. The .dll is never stored on our computer, so the game will never be able to detect the hack program. Nowadays game designers put in-game checks to see if the character is acting abnormal and kick you from the game. Games like Maplestory have auto-ban systems that will block your account if it detects certain abnormal actions such as monsters flying around in a game.

When we say we tested the hack, we are normally testing for in-game detection. We will take a large amount of accounts for the particular game and test on hacks and trainers for it. Most of the time, everything will go smoothly. Some companies are a bit tricky. It can take months of testing to bypass just one certain in-game detection. If we conclude as a team that the game requires too much effort to bypass, we simply discontinue the hack. It will never get released to the public. All of our hacks that are available for the public is undetected and are tested daily for detection.

We also have an underground community of VIP users (obtained through a donation) that have access to Beta versions of new hacks. It is possible these beta versions are detected, but we don’t know until it is tested. We warn all our VIP users about the possible banning.

Is it the same for generators?

Generators are a bit different from in-game hacks. We are more worried about detection from in-game mechanics. Generators go through more intense testing compared to trainers and game hacks. Normally, we take a large amount of accounts from many different countries and test the code we generated from our generator. After redeeming the code on these test accounts, we check if they are banned after a few months. This process is long and tedious, but we have made the process more automatic now. Every day our generators are tested on our dedicated server using test accounts and checking their account status.

You are safe.

You don’t have to worry about losing your precious accounts with our generators or hacks. We are proud of protecting our users.
